TACTICAL
BOXING

Tactical boxing is a controlled sparring class led by a boxing coach. Throughout class your coach will guide you through different ways to move around the ring and apply what you’ve learned at Delray Beach Boxing toward an opponent. *Mouth guard & head gear needed.

BOXING
FITNESS

This class teaches the fundamentals of boxing combined with an intense workout style. From Jab, Cross, Hook to technical footwork, you’ll learn it all.

CARDIO
BOXING

Stay motivated with this circuit training style class. We will focus our time on the BoxMaster, Concept2 Rowers & heavy bags, utilizing kick boxing movements and motion for
a high intensity workout

TECHNIQUES

A full hour boxing technique class. Your instructor will combine boxing fitness with the art of boxing by demonstration and working with each student one on one, with partners, or as a group. *Mouth guard & head gear needed

F.I.T.
BOXING

Bootcamp-style training, this is a high-intensity, total body workout. Tension bands, medicine balls, TRX straps & more.

GALS &
GLOVES

A kick-ass kickboxing class focusing on legs, booty, and abs. Girls, this workout sculpts and tones your body, for that tight & lean look you’ve been after!
